It's amazing how ignorant some are isn't it? This guy sounds like he's talking about Al Qaueda. He seems really angry that people would want to smoke some ganja, but I'm sure he probably drinks. I like how he brought up the "facts" of people "high" on pot when they were in accidents. They test the blood and urine for marijuana, but marijauna can stay in your blood for up to 6 weeks. And what's with the "legal limit" thing? I've never heard of it being legal to have THC in your bloodstream....

"can easily obtain a prescription for Marinol" "was allegedly high on drugs"
These quotes caught my eye, especially. First of all, I would like to see any evidence at all that one can "easily obtain a prescription for Marinol." The only individual I have ever known to have a prescription to Marinol was a chronically ill AIDS patient who was unable to obtain the drug until pain overwhelmed his entire life. Again, I would love to see evidence that anyone other than chronically ill patients can obtain such a prescription.
As for the "allegedly high on drugs" part, I'd have to agree with Josh. THC stays in the system for far too long to be able to determine if a person was "high" or not at any given time. Also, "allegedly" alludes to the idea that none were actually positive about whether or not this individual was even high at the time of the accident. Also, it was not specified what drug the driver might have been "high" on. With this in mind, one is easily able to conclude that the driver, if "high" at all, could have been intoxicated on one or more of many different drugs. Honestly now, what really scares "them" so much about ganja? I've had quite a difficult time understanding this.
anyhoo, dat b my thoughts bout da whole thing...
